AIC would like to provide their users with a transparent notice of what information is collected and how it may be used.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Andover Islamic Center Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@andoverislamiccenter.org.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Personal Information

Information that is collected from you, at your discretion, from all of our services, both in person and on the web is done so that we can provide you with better services. Information is collected through online donations, in person donation forms, sign-up sheets, and more. From time to time we may ask you questions about things you can do, places you can go, and efforts you can make. Collection of this information is completely voluntary. We want to know these things so we can provide you with an opportunity to help build and better our Organization. This information may be shared with others in its aggregate only. For example, we may disclose that there are 10 people interested in Ramadan planning efforts, but their individual identity will never be revealed, unless you specially request it.

Your financial information

Your financial information may only be used for donation transactions at your discretion. This information will never be shared with a third party. Donation forms collected in person with credit card and bank account information is handled only by authorized staff for processing. All physical forms are placed in a securely locked location or shredded when processing has been completed. Our systems only allow access to authorized staff. Your transaction information and customer card or banking information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card or bank account number. For online transactions through PayPal, please refer to their policies on paypal website.

Your e-mail address

Your e-mail address may be used only for the delivery of donation receipts, to provide updates regarding our Organization and to announce activities and programs of AIC. It will never be shared, traded, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.

Your mailing address

Your mailing address may be utilized when necessary to mail you tickets, thank you letters, or other items. This information will never be shared with anyone.
